Just JUICE-IN – Plus Holiday Cocktails!

Juicing is a fun and creative activity that can bring so many health benefits into your life.  YOU create exactly what’s good for you.  The juice blends you create contain most of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are vital for good health.  Personally, I love to add super foods like ginger and lemon grass– two of many things that add that bang to our immune system.  Often I change the super food ad on’s as the seasons change for immune boosters.

Be creative and play with all the fruits and veggies that come to mind. Be bold and include an unknown ingredient that might surprise you; it’s almost always a win.  The color combinations always intrigue me, and give huge inspirations in my design choices.  Use your creativity to make healthy juices for the morning and exotic cocktail mixers for evening libations!

My juicer came from Amazon (purchase here) and was relatively inexpensive yet super powerful. I highly recommend you make a juicer a gift to yourself or your friends/family this holiday season.

Candied citrus … perfect cocktail garnish!

Candied citrus … perfect cocktail garnish!

Below I’ve got included cocktail recipes that use fresh juice blends to create delicious drinks for happy hour. These recipes include a candied fruit garnish (recipe here), and, if you reserve the simple syrup from the candied citrus recipe, it is a fabulous way to turn up the volume in these cocktail recipes.
